Last year it was Francis Chan who spoke at the International House of Prayer’s “Onething” Conference. Chan’s participation was, at least initially, a public relations bonanza for Mike Bickle and IHOP-KC. Video

In 2012 Mike Bickle had a Catholic track scheduled for “Onething,” although this was never announced on the IHOP website. While this event/track was canceled, the very fact that Bickle would have allowed it is indicative of an ecumenical outlook.   1. Hi David, yes, she cancelled. This was written before that, and you can also find an article on the blog about her cancelation.

    Joyce Meyer, Francis Chan, Ronnie Floyd and any other prominent Christian invited to speak at Onething “relates to the IHOP agenda” because they serve as promotional weapons, and expand IHOP’s sphere of influence.

  2. I believe Joyce Meyer was invited but cancelled. Please check your facts but I am pretty sure I am correct. Why she was invited is a good question? I don’t see how she relates to the IHOP agenda?
